Saginaw County Youth Protection Council/Teen Parent Services

  • Parent education and empowerment programs that address the needs of the parent and child. The programming equip the patent with the tools to ensure their children are ready to start school at the age 5. 
  • Transitional Living Program for pregnant and parenting teens
  • Outreach, prevention, and rapid rehousing assistance for transitional aged youth.
  • And partner with the local Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (HARA) to provide prevention, rapid rehousing, and utility assistance to the community of Saginaw.
