A: BS Solutions is a company whose founders have over 10 years of experience in all aspects of website life cycles, everything from infrastructure, hosting and systems administration, to design, to implementation and maintenance, working for large commercial websites and .com companies. BS Solutions has the experience and knowledge necessary to not only provide you with the website solution your business requires, but also to help you maximize the value you get from your web presence and turn your website into a tool you can use to manage and grow your business.
We take pride in viewing our business relationships not just as clients, but as partners who are working toward mutual success. We will work with you every step of the way to define your requirements and put a plan in place to achieve them to your satisfaction.
Q: What services does BS Solutions provide?
A: BS Solutions offers a full range of web design and development services to provide our clients with whatever type of website they require. We can work with our customers to design a unique and functional layout, and even a company logo, from scratch, or we can implement an existing design. We can create a simple informational site consisting of static HTML pages, or we can provide our customers with a full suite of customized tools that allow them to put their websites to work and help them manage and grow their businesses including tools like content management systems, ecommerce engines and others. We can work with your existing hosting provider, or we can secure a hosting contract for you and take care of al of the behind the scenes setup of the hosting environment, including email accounts, domain transfers, web server configuration and SSL certificates. We can also provide search engine optimization services for your site as well as traffic tracking through Google analytics.
Unfortunately we do not offer technical support or consultation for small local offices. We are simply not staffed to provide those types of services.
Q: Do I need my own hosting provider?
A: No. BS Solutions has a relationship with a hosting provider and we would be happy to help you procure an account and to set your hosting environment up to ensure that it is ready to host your site.
Q: What technologies is BS Solutions familiar with?
A: BS Solutions is experienced in many different types of technologies that make up today's internet. We also have significant experience in systems administration and web hosting, which gives us a unique expertise in configuring web servers and finding creative web hosting and systems based solutions for clients who require those services.
Whatever your needs, we are confident that there is a tool, or set of tools, in our toolbox to that will allow us to meet any challenge you give us.

Q: What is BS Solutions' support policy?
A: When BS Solutions pronounces a site done, we hand it over to the client and train them on any functional pieces that as needed. We ask the client to review the site and make us a list of anything that they find unsatisfactory. We will correct these immediately and continue to support the site for the next 6 months and will make any updates or fix any problems you find free of charge. Beginning 6 months after delivery you will be billed a small support fee (charged annually) that will secure our support for you site, including updates and minor feature additions. Clients are able to decline the support fee at 6 months, with the understanding that we will not support the site. Any additions of major functionality or site sections would require a new statement of work and pricing structure to be drawn up.
Q: What does BS Solutions charge?
A: Unfortunately we cannot list flat rates for our services. Our rates are reasonable by industry standards, but the final price is highly dependant on your needs. Consultation is free of charge and once we define the requirements of the project to your satisfaction, we will quote you a price based on the functionality you requested. All charges will be clearly indicated in the statement of work you sign, and you will never pay more than the price listed. We guarantee to deliver a site that meets your expectations.
